ADRENOCORTICAL CANCER: Adrenocortical carcinoma is a rare tumor afflicting only one or two persons per one million populations. It usually occurs in adults, and the median age at diagnosis is 44 years. Although potentially curable at early stages, only 30% of these malignancies are confined to the adrenal gland at the time of diagnosis.

AIDS-RELATED LYMPHOMA : AIDS-related lymphoma is a disease in which cancer (malignant) cells are found in the lymph system in patients who have AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). AIDS is caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), which attacks and weakens the immune system. Infections and other diseases can then invade the body, and the immune system cannot fight against them.

BILE DUCT CANCER
Bile duct cancer is a type of liver cancer, in which malignant (cancerous) tumors grow in the bile ducts. It is also known as cholangiocarcinoma.
TREATMENT: Chemotherapy and radiation therapy are occasionally useful to relieve symptoms.

Cervical Cancer

Cervical cancer is cancer in the cervix, the lower, narrow part of the uterus (womb). The uterus is the hollow, pear-shaped organ where a baby grows during a woman's pregnancy. The cervix forms a canal that opens into the vagina (birth canal), which leads to the outside of the body.
Treatment: for cervical cancer depends on the stage of the disease. In cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), abnormal tissue may be removed using loop electrode excision (using wire loops heated by electric current) or cone biopsy.
Chemotherapy
Radiation therapy
COLON CANCER : Cancer that forms in the tissues of the colon (the longest part of the large intestine). Most colon cancers are adenocarcinomas (cancers that begin in cells that make and release mucus and other fluids).
Surgery : Radical bowel resection, also called partial colectomy and hemicolectomy, may be performed through a large incision in the abdomen (open surgery) or through several small incisions (laparoscopic)

Radiation therapy
Gallbladder Cancer

Cancer of the gallbladder is a disease in which cancer cells are found in the tissues of the gallbladder. The gallbladder is a pear-shaped organ that lies just under the liver in the upper abdomen. Cholangiocarcinoma is an adenocarcinoma (carcinoma derived from glandular tissue or in which the tumor cells form recognizable glandular structures) arising from the epithelium (cellular lining) of the intrahepatic (within the liver) bile ducts.

KIDNEY CANCER

Cancer that forms in tissues of the kidneys. Kidney cancer includes renal cell carcinoma (cancer that forms in the lining of very small tubes in the kidney that filter the blood and remove waste products) and renal pelvis carcinoma (cancer that forms in the center of the kidney where urine collects). It also includes Wilms tumor, which is a type of kidney cancer that usually develops in children under the age of 5.

LARYNGEAL CANCER

Cancer of the larynx, or laryngeal cancer, can develop in any part of the larynx. Most occurrences of laryngeal cancer begin in the glottis. The glottis is the middle part of the larynx where the vocal cords are located. Most cases of laryngeal cancer are considered squamous cell carcinomas because they begin in the squamous cells that line the walls of the larynx.
Treatment : Treatment may involve Surgery, Radiotherapy, or Chemotherapy, alone or in combination.

LIVER CANCER

There are two main kinds of liver cancer. Heptoma and cholangiocarcinoma. Heptoma is cancer of the hepatocytes. (The main functioning liver cell). Hepatoma is primary liver cancer. Hepatoma usually grows in the liver as a ball-like tumor, invading the normal tissue surrounding it. A history of infection with the hepatitis B virus puts individuals at risk of heptoma.
Treatment for Liver Cancer : Surgery, Liver transplantation, Chemotherapy and Radiation.

Mesothelioma : Mesothelioma is a rare form of cancer where cancerous cells are found in the mesothelium. Mesothelium is a membrane that covers and protects most of the internal organs of the body. It is composed of two layers of cells. The first layer surrounds the organ. The second layer forms a sac around the organ. The mesothelium produces a lubricating fluid that is released between these layers, allowing moving organs to glide easily against adjacent structures.
Treatment for Mesothelioma: Surgery, Chemotherapy and Radiation therapy.

Testicular Cancer : Testicular cancer is a form of cancer that affects the testicles. The testicles (also called testes) are located inside the scrotum. The scrotum is a loose bag of skin underneath the penis. The testicles produce male sex hormones and sperm cells for reproduction.
Treatment for Mesothelioma: Surgery, Chemotherapy and Radiation therapy.

NASOPHARYNGEAL CANCER

What is cancer of the nasopharynx?
It occurs when the normal cells that line this area change into malignant cancer cells. The type of cancer, or carcinoma, is classified according to the type of cell that undergoes the malignant change. Of these cancers, 90 per cent are of the squamous cell type. Other types are called adenocarcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma and lymphoma.
Treatment :By far the best treatment for nasopharynx is radiotherapy (X-ray treatment). Surgery has a very limited role in treatment because of the inaccessible nature of the nasopharynx.

Radiation therapy
Oropharyngeal cancer: Oropharyngeal cancer is an uncontrolled growth of cells that begins in the oropharynx, the area at the back of the mouth.
Treatment: Surgery, Radiation, with or without Chemotherapy.
